When an emergency occurs time is critical. We offer same day emergency care appointments for patients with urgent needs. Thankfully true eye emergencies are rare, but when they occur they need to be addressed immediately. Immediate care should be given for patients with:

• Sudden vision loss - partial or total

• Severe eye pain

• Severe eyelid swelling or inability to open the eye

• Flashes and Floaters

• Trauma to the eye

• Any foreign object in the eye

• Double vision

• Chemicals within the eye - (Please flush immediately with water for 15 minutes)

• Pain, redness, or persistent discomfort
